Hardt Group today confirms that the court has declared Hardt B.V., one of its operating entities, bankrupt. A trustee has been appointed to oversee the proceedings.

Together with the trustee, Hardt is actively exploring all opportunities for continuation of the business activities of Hardt B.V.
